Hi, I'm afraid that kicad-doc 4.0.5 on PPA-4.0 is a bit old.
I installed kicad-doc-ja 4.0.5 on my ubuntu 16.04, today. kicad-doc-ja/xenial,xenial,now 4.0.5+e0+1233~16~ubuntu16.04.1 Then I noticed Pcbnew Japanese has some untranslated parts in Chapter 15 Footprint wizard section. We can see these section is fully translated, from here. http://docs.kicad-pcb.org/stable/ja/pcbnew.html#Footprint_Wizards So, manuals on the KiCad web site is OK. Modifications for .adoc file were done on Dec 13, 2016. Japanese translation was applied on Dec 14, 2016. These 2 date are not so far, but I think Japanese translation update is not applied to kicad-doc 4.0.5 on PPA-4.0. Anyone has some ideas ?
