Dear all!
I have two larger reworks of the TO_SOT_THT-library open ... would be
great if someone could have a look/review them:
This PR updates the TO-92 (by hand):

This PR updates all other (round & rectangular) footprints (by script):

I will also come up with a PR for TO-3 in the next few days ...
I think merging this would really bring the lib forward in terms of KLC!
