Sorry to ask so many questions.. But I would like to know if there are
any tools to build components? I see they are text files for the
components in both EESCHEMA and PCBNEW. But I do not see any way in
EESchema to build a component. Likewise in PCBNEW. Am I missing
something ? or are all new libraries built by hand os scripts as text
files?
