Just started evaluating KiCad for a home project with several BGA packages on an 8 layer board. Has anyone created a BGA module in PCBNEW? Is there a good tutorial for that? For any given padstack (BGA vias especially, but also through-hole comps.), is it possible to delete the pads in unused layers? This would especially help breaking out large BGAs in smaller layer counts. Thanks Mike Noll
