After a "Fill Zone" command, pcbnew is confused about the cursor position.

Version: pcbnew 2006-03-28 on WindowsXP with latest updates.

To reproduce:

a) Select the full-size crosshair style (the bug occurs with the small
crosshair cursor, but it is easier to see with the large ones).

b) Execute a "Fill Zone" command.

c) Notice that the cross hair cursor is painted at the location of the
"Fill" button in the Zone Options dialog, whereas the mouse cursor has
been repositioned to the original location (where the popup menu was
originally invoked).

d) Notice that when you move the mouse, the XOR-mode redraw of the
crosshair cursor leaves spurious lines on the screen.
