Hi, You don't have to put a PWR_FLAG on a net connected to a power source. You may consider a PWR_FLAG as a power source. So, connecting a PWR_FLAG to an other power source will produce an error. You need however to connect a PWR_FLAG on a power input which isn't connected to a power source (ex. a power input connector connected to a regulator) See : http://kicad.rohrbacher.net/examples/power_flags.png Charles. Please read the Kicad FAQ in the group files section before posting your question. Please post your bug reports here. They will be picked up by the creator of Kicad. Please contribute your symbols/modules to the library folder in the group files section.
