Hello Pedro!
The drill file format is Excellon but the X and Y coordinates of the holes were generated in decimal format 1,0. This was in fact the problem of the manufacturing company. Later this day I realize that the Kicad version that I use is from 25 Oct. 2005. When I  tried again with the latest version I was able to generate several drill files in different formats with L or T zero omissions.
I will see tomorow if at least one of these files are good for the manufacturing.

Thanks for your reply

Regards,
Florin

Hi,

I work with 3 pcb manufacturers and no one has problems to read the .drl
files.
I think the format of the drilling file is Excellon, not Gerber.

Regards,
Pedro.
