RJ-12 ?

Well Mark, start the pcb editor > module editor and design your own RJ-12. It
takes 10 minutes the first time... Next time you need a symbol or module,
it'll take 2 minutes...

Really! Do not bee afraid of making new parts yourself! KiCad have one of the
easiest and most straightforward sym/mod editors I've seen ( I'm
a "professional" in Electronic since 1978 ) and is one of THE major reasons
for me to use KiCad!
