Hi Glenn,

I'm not sure if this is doable with kiCAD, as you would have to generate two
different netlists to import into the two boards. However: I would strongly
suggest that you do this as two projects anyway. You don't want to have to
up issue both boards because you needed to make a change to one.

Subject: [kicad-users] Multiple boards, single schematic

Hi All,

I'd like to create two PCBs for a project, but ideally have all
schematics on a single hierarchical schematic. Can I do this with
kicad or should I create a separate project & schematic for each
board? Basically, I'll have a base board with all IO etc and a control
board with the main CPU, CPLDs, LEDs etc.

Regards,

Glenn.
