I am not sure, but I think that the spot min is the minimal spot used to draw the zone (ground areas), I use 0.015" or 0.381mm > How to be sure of the diameter of the vias for the tools? The minimal VIA I use is 0.7mm with a drill of 0.35mm. In my artwork the minimal Track width and Clearance are both 0.15mm.
