Just like Nilton said you can use the "Add Cotation" in the right hand side toolbar but not only used in edges pcb but also under comments, drawings, adhes cop, adhes cmp, soldp cop, soldp cmp, silks cop, silks cmp, mask copp, mask cmp, eco1 and eco2 layers.
