Specifically:
  http://www.freerouting.net/download/brd_to_dsn.ulp
looks like a 'C' program to convert Eagle PCB to Spectra_dsn
which can import into freerouting.net.  Could be a good start
for an ASCII KiCAD .pcb to dsn converter.
