Hi Jos,
First u have to include the path of new libraries you created in the pcbnew
libs and dir for the corresponding project. Then u have to map the footprints
for components in your schematics (eeschema) in cvpcb to the footprints you
want. I guess this should solve your problem.

in the kicad structure.
I found out how to get to the components in eeschema and they are in
the netlist.
However, reading in the netlist in pcbnew I get the message "footprint
not found" .
How can I correct this so that the footprint is usable in pcbnew?
Any hints?
