Linux/Unix ? Try running "diff" on them. If they are stacked in a different order, it's more problematic. Try: edit the backup/trashable copies of your two Gerber fileS with your favourite editor. Sort the files. Compare. The files can't be used for plotting anumore but now you can compare drill holes, Open aperture and where Close aperture and where Etc etc //Dan
