Hello All: I'm trying to create a custom footprint which would represent an SMD jumper. The jumper is closed applying solder into it and open removing the solder back.
I'm attaching a sample picture (smd_jumper.png) where
you can see the shape the jumper has. Please, note
that you need to attach 2 nets to each of the jumper
node. With this in mind you need 2 pads to instantiate
this situation, but the pads shapes available on
pcbnew doesn't cover this situation.
Thus, I'm looking for alternatives to represent this
jumper and/or ideas to implement it.
Any information is appreciated.
