Yep, actually I didn't found any restrictions for these libs. Format
was changed, but copyrights remains for it's authors. So using of
converted libs seems as legal as using of original libs. Of course, if
you're using it in some important commercial project, you should ask
authors of library about using it in your project in this form and
using at all :)
