Hi Victor,

Until now there is not special policy and all contributions are welcome.
Probably in the future we have to improve the organisation, but that is a
big job.

If you think there is a relation between the components it seems to me that
is not wrong to do a single library with a descriptive name.
I will be glad to publish your work on the http://www.kicadlib.org site.
Take a look on it.

(By the way my primary language is French, so if you use my private
address... ;-))
