I think you are correct, the alt value is used correctly but the default value is hardcoded to some value that is not the same value that is in the Dimensions dialog. However, I know I did somehow before, may be it got broken in the latest code. > Looks like I am limited to 2 via drill diameters for the moment... You can still change the Alt value in the Dimensions dialog and then edit the vias one by one, then change the alt value again and change the other vias and repeat the process for every via size. You will end up with multiple via sizes.
