Hi Thomas, You can do it the way Remy does it but I normally create a seperate part (module) with the module editor that only consists of the drill hole and some silkscreen drawing which I use in this case as a distance marker e.g. for a drill hole of 3mm diameter I draw a silkscreen circle of 6-7mm to be used as keep-out area.
