(I'm apologize, I can send this answer only in new thread now, because  
of some difficulties with my used mailing systems.)

I have similar problem with 20080715 linux version. The difference is
that I can't see any drill hole, and only the round pads are there, the
ovals are not, where are little rectangles instead. The smd pads are OK.

Perhaps could it be some printer driver problem on linux? I have Ubuntu
with Xerox Phaser 3117. I printed the same design with
20080715 XP on HP LJ 1160, and it's fine.
