Hint: jnlp is just an xml file: look into it.

> Any other idea?
Well, if previous hint is not enough:
- download the jnlp
- download www.freerouting.net/java/help.jnlp
- download www.freerouting.net/java/router.jar
- download www.freerouting.net/java/jh.jar
- edit both jnlp files to reference local files
- run "javaws freeroute.jnlp"

Remaining issues:
1) there's still a problem that prevents running the jnlp: 30 seconds to
find & correct :-) (hint: read javaws messages carefully!)
2) examples need network access
3) when opening your own file, jvm asks for permission (should be
fixable in jnlp file, too)
4) IS IT LEGAL? (couldn't find freerouter license around...)

BYtE,
  Diego.
