Thank you for your reply. How do I establish which variant of 20080825 I have? I downloaded my copy on 2Dec08, and the about box says 20080825-final (rather than a, b, or c). The file size of the installer I have (kicad-20080825.exe) is identical to that listed on sourceforge as the current Windows binary. Is that 20080825c?
