I like to keep my custom libraries in a separate directory from those
supplied with kicad in order to reduce the chances of screwing up either
of them. Unfortunately that means if I want to share a project with
someone with a different arrangement of directories, even if I ship both
project and custom libraries the person receiving them will find the
project files have absolute references to disk drives and directories on
my machine. I tried changing the Lib Modules Dir option in PCBNew to
see if that would make the paths relative, but it didn't solve the
problem and just meant I could not read the supplied libraries.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Regards,

Robert.
