No, it means not not connected, it rather means not actuated or not 
activated. It was only on teh Vcc- and the Gnd-symbol. But rohchars 
hint helped me. I put PWR_FLAGS on the Vcc and the Gnd and the errors 
disappeared. 
But your P.S. is still unclear for me, sorry.
