I tried to remove the PCB-edge, but I don't see the bug : I can open files in Gerbv with the same process (right-clik on the file, then choose "gerbv" prog to open ) like file with edges ...
Launching Gerbv, then try trying to open a pho file don't work, edge present or not ... Don't know if it's a kicad bug or gerbv one ...
