[kicad-users] Converting Kicad schematics/netlists to PADS-PCB

I'd like to use Kicad for capturing schematics but convert them into
PADS or Orcad for layout.  I tried to export netlists in either format
using the netlist plugins but my layout guy still cannot import the
netlist correctly.  Any suggestions?
