Hi,
Have you tried adding libraries to your configuration file in CVPCB?
When you open cvpcb and read in a net list file only a set of default
libraries are loaded. If you want to see all the modules/footprints
available you have to add the specific libraries (including any YOU
create in the module editor) to your the projects configuration file
and then save it.
Click on preferences -> configuration. Then click on ADD and a folder
list appears with all the libraries you can choose from. Select the
libraries you need and click OK. Remember to save you config file and
then close the configuration dialog.
Hope this explains things OK.

David.
