I guess I have to spell it out. As technicians we certainly would never make it as psychologists. There is a real art to motivating people and I'm not seeing it here. Therefore, it should be understood that if a person's name were mentioned that actually might motivate them to contribute more. And correspondingly the reverse is true. So I think I'll go play some tennis now. But before I do, I would like to specifically thank Wayne Stambaugh, Rok Markovic, Jonas Diemer, Vesa Solonen for their software development contributions. Wayne especially and Rok have been heavier contributors of late. Thanks to them specifically. Then there is Igor Plyatov who manages the Wiki and the sourceforge site. There are also all the translators, most of these folks are named in the software's About popup dialog: Jerry Jacobs Martin Kratoška Mateusz Skowroński Renie Marquet Igor Plyatov Pedro Martin del Valle Iñigo Zuluaga Remy Halvick David Briscoe Dominique Laigle Paul Burke Apologies to anybody I missed. My goal here is to: 1) motivate people to continue contributing. 2) point out how to do that in the user community. I think names are important. It is the only pay check folks get. 3) Show that Jean-Pierre has started something that is now far bigger than himself. I think we can permanently stop thinking of this as a one man project now. Having said all this, Jean-Pierre has been the heaviest contributor of late, and my special thanks go to him for his efforts on the improved zone support. Dick
