No problem, you can be rude, I was prepared to have this kind of
answer. I do have the tutorial. I do have already created a new
component, but the micro manufacturer provides a library, and the
micro has 100 pins, so 100 ways to make a mistake, so I would prefer
using the manufacturer library which is more reliable that a component
made by me.

But if it is not possible to import Orcad (or other soft) libraries, I
will create the part my self, and then share my lib.


A last detail : if you manage to create the part, rename all the pins
with their functions in only 5 minutes, you are very strong!
