Hi, I think this will not work. When creating a module, pcbnew seems to take in account the current settings, but they are changed after the general settings are changed.
Try to speak to your manufacturer. For us it has worked. We made the pcb with our pcb maker accuracy, 0.1 mm for the mask. Afterwards, the manufacturer told the pcb maker to make the serigraphic screen (for the solder paste) at 50 per cent for the fine pitch modules. Anyway, we try every time to get the smallest clearance the pcb maker can offer for the whole circuit.
