Hi Jeff, Hmm... It sounds reasonable. I tried to do like that, that is; place 4 units of 74HC00 and connect all VCCs of them to "+3.3V", but unfortunately nothing improved. Also, it really sounds reasonable, but inappropriate. It may make schema too complicated.
