On the right hand menu, click on place hierarchical sheet.  This will let
you draw a square for a 2nd sheet.  It will ask for a filename.  You can
either use a new name or use the name of an existing schematic.  Other
options on the right hand menu allow you to have interconnectons between
sheets.  I put all the hierarchical sheet synbols and sheet to sheet
interconnects on the top sheet.  This makes it like a block diagram.  My
995x board has 7 sheets!
