I think this is a very good option, though I have not used it previously. But I 
have a little doubt; if the pads are becoming magnetic to grid, whether the 
mutual distance between the pads will be changed in gerber, as all the pads may 
not same offset with respect to the grid. If it is, then it may create some 
problem during assembling the components on that PCB.

Any idea about that possible problem.
