I'm building a PCB module for an SMD flex PC connector. In addition to the pins, there are two solder pads used for structural attachment. These are not connected to any net.
Can these be created as pads, with no Pad Num or Pad Net Name (is this valid), or should these anchor pads be created as a graphic in the copper layer?
