I do not think the power pin is the problem.
The problem is how your netlist corresponds to the pins in your 
component.
I usually use the same pin numbers for all pins that are the same 
(multiple pins) on the component. Use only one pin for them in the 
schematic/netlist.
Check that and also provide the output of the DRC test.
