Hi Andrés,

first of all, there is a newer and better version of kicad running without
problems in any Linux system. I use Kubuntu. Download it from
http://iut-tice.ujf-grenoble.fr/cao/

With all libraries added, Kicad will run slower. Try to add only the ones you
need.
I have a test project with all libraries added, just to search a component or
module.
As it's very easy to copy a component/module from one library to another, at
last you will have your personal libraires.

Regards,
Pedro.

hours to find the right component/module I need, I stumbled upon an
extraordinary number of libraries and modules that have a lot of stuff that's
useful. Now, I know how to add a single library to the list...but how do I
add all of them at the same time (doing it one by one would be
horrendous..)?. Also I have a ton of modules and I have the same issue with
them.
