You could either have two tracks of appropriate width at 45 degrees in a 
Y - shape (in practice I don't think it would matter if the centre of 
the Y isn't filled), or you could use a very small zone.

I have to say that with professionally produced boards I've not had a 
need to do this.   Have you had some bad experience or is it just 
something you feel you ought to do because traditionally boards were 
always tracked this way?
