Oh, one other company that I found recently, but have never ordered
from is PCB-Pool.com. Their prices seem to be substantially cheaper
than Advanced, and one big benefit is that they include a free solder
paste stencil with your order. They also build your boards straight
from your Eagle (or other editor) files, so no mucking about with
gerbers.

I just did a quick test quote, and the price difference between
pcb-pool and Advanced is pretty substantial. Four 2x2" 4 layer boards
from pcb-pool is $112.50 total (possibly excluding shipping). Four
2x2" 4 layer boards from Advanced are $80.95 EACH. Advanced is a bit
quicker, five days vs. eight, but for the difference, I could probably
be patient! If you really need a 5-day turn, PCB pool would still be
cheaper at $200.50 total. (FYI, the reason I chose four 2x2 boards is
the PCB pool has minimum of 16 sq. in.)
