yes, I have used them before using Kicad. PCB123
schematic capture, PCB layout works fine, prices are
reasonable for prototypes, if your geometries are greater
the 6 mils. Like most CAE packages expect to design a few
symbols/footprints, manual placement/routing...Downside -
you don't get Gerbers for production follow-on shopping around.
