1) I dont have the information with me, but

2) You have asked a question that is both easy and has subtle issues regarding
the answer.

The easy answer comes from calculating the IR drop requirements, for which you
will need to know the thickness of the copper you are using. The subtle issue
is understanding the temperature rise requirements that can be tolerated by your
system, and by the circuit board material (resumable FR4, but only you will
know).
The temp rise will also be affected by the location of the track (inner/outer).

You will really need to answer this question by yourself using:
  a) The conductivity of copper
  b) The thickness of the copper you are using
  c) The I/R drop allowed for the system you are designing

and nobody will be able to answer these questions except you.

Subject: [kicad-users] What will be the track size when voltage & current value
changes.

Dear SIR,

Any one can let me know the pcb track size according to the
voltage and current rating increases. For example if it is a 5v dc supply is
passing through a track then what will be the track size and same also for
current.
