Those jacks are NOT pcb mounted, so there is no module. In such cases you
simply provide pads on the PCB for the wires to solder into, or you use
some form of connector.


There are PCB mounted jacks, normally that are a solid plastic block with
some pins on the bottom, it's simple enough to draw a module for such
things.
