I think I'm right in saying that PCBNew is soon going to support Net Classes. For one of our projects there was an urgent need to produce boards with various track widths, i.e thicker tracks for power. To save having to fiddle about each time, editing the DSN file before passing it to Freerouter, I wrote a small, basic utility that enables track networks to be assigned a track width.
