Under zone fill options, if your zone outline includes a pad, make sure that these options are checked: pad in zone includes pads, outline appearance lines after setting zone outline, double click to end, right click to fill zone. If however you do not want a pad to be included then either tick thermal relief, exclude pad or draw outline excluding pad.
