Hi everyone: Don't know if that's the way to notify a bug (first post, been lurking a long time by now), but after working for a few weeks with Kicad we have found several, and would be a good idea show them to dev's.
Has anyone noticed this in Kicad(20090216-final): 1-Open or create a SCH with components that have footprint associated 2-Place cursor over a simbol, press "F" to edit footprint, you should have a dialog with the footprint name, now press escape or close window without confirming, or press cancel button. This should not make any changes but in this version footprint value is cleared. 3-Place cursoe over the same simbol and press "F" again, and you'll see that the component footprint value has vanished. It seems to me that if you exit the dialog the value is cleared. How do we proceed with this ? can anyone confirm this bug or do I try to contact with dev's ? I have a list of bugs that should be verified and corrected if possible, but it's quite a long list, should I contact anyone in particular ?
