Just create whatever you need in the normal way. If the shape is the same for all units then you use "common to units" tickbox in the graphic shape options / proprieties
If you want DIFFERENT shapes per part then you make sure that you DO NOT tick the common to parts tickbox. Obviously you have to be careful with your pin allocation as well. I use this method to create things like relay contacts and coils, to allow me to place the coils in one part of the cct, and the contacts in another.
