It will all be done under the plot menu.
Kicad outputs as gerber files normally, so you will need the copper and
component track layouts. You might need the drill files depending if you
want to get the mill to do the driling as well.

The main issus is that you will prob. have to perform some form of
conversion between the gerber files and whatever file format your CNC
software uses. You might do better to do a few searches on that to see
what other users of your CNC software have done.

There are a few mechanical issues that you will need to address, such as
how flat the table is, can you hold the board down to the table so that
it is flat. Then there are the engraving cutters that you can choose.
(hence the suggestion to find a few others who have done this with your
setup, saves a lot of head-scratching)
