You have a problem with clearance at the location stated.

Pads and tracks are set with a specified clearance zone, so if a track or
pad enters such a zone this generates an error. You need to look at the
problem area then decide what the clearance should be, or perhaps route
the track differently (sometimes a turn in the track direction can just
clip the edge of a pads clearance zone) 

As you have made the footprints yourself, you may have been a bit over
generious with clearance at that stage. Unfortunatlly there is not a
specific answer, you just have to look at the board to decide what is
going on.
