Python was never integrated into Kicad fully. What was done, never was tested, never was complete, and currently doesn't get compiled correctly. Even if it compiled, it would not bring any value. Assume there is no Python support in Kicad AT THIS TIME. And don't ask about plans for it. There are no plans, only dreamy wishes. I personally would not lift a finger for it until Python land decides to fully embrace the 3.x form of the language. This may take another 2 years or so. Dick
