Hi I will interprit the pdf to it saying the little triangle low in 
will be for active low pins and use a ~ so it should be clear enough.

Yea I know how it is annoying when they want to have a standard but require 
silver or gold crossing a palm to get it like USB. Hopefuly when I make a PCI 
kicad board using a fpga it will not have USB.
