Yes, and yes it's the libraries (most of which wont be found on a 
typical Windows box).   This is a Windows only compilation until I get 
around to installing everything I need on one of my Linux boxes, so it 
needs to be something that can be decompressed on Windows.   However, I 
did try a few compression options in 7zip (including bzip2) and it was 
still well over 5120kb.

Regarding a Linux compilation, no-one has spoken up for one so it'll 
take a lower priority than sorting out some of the rough edges in 
TTConv.   However, I'm guessing that a typical actively used Linux box 
will have Python installed and ready to use, in which case the Python 
scripts are as good as a compiled binary file.
